Our School Held A Supervision Work Meeting For The Second Semester of The 2024-2025 Academic Year

Net news (article/picture Teacher Development Center Li Li) On March 12th, our school held the 2024-2025-2 semester school-wide supervision work meeting in the fourth conference room, and Nanquan and Shuangqiao campuses participated in the meeting in person and online respectively. Vice President Qionghua Wang attended, and the teaching supervisors of the school and the college attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Xiaoying Zhang, Director of the Teacher Development Center. Focusing on "deepening the supervision function, innovating quality evaluation, and helping teachers grow", the conference systematically deployed the new stage of teaching supervision through case sharing, standard interpretation and exchange and discussion, so as to empower the overall improvement of education and teaching quality.

At the meeting, the representatives of the teaching supervisors of the college shared their supervisory work experience and work plan for the new year based on practical cases. Qi Qin of the School of Computer and Internet of Things proposed "two-line parallel supervision", which strengthened the effectiveness of "guidance" by optimizing the feedback of listening and evaluating classes, the publicity of class inspections and hierarchical assistance; Bo Zhao of the School of Management takes teacher development as the core and builds a normalized empowerment system of "Workshop and Training Camp" to help new and old teachers grow together. Feng Sun of the School of Civil Engineering focuses on "classified policies" and implements precise assistance strategies based on the teaching quality database; Xiyan Zhou from the School of New Media Business School focuses on "evaluation mechanism optimization", and adopts a dual-track parallel model of process and final evaluation, so as to make supervision and evaluation and student evaluation more reasonable. Yun Peng from the School of Digital Arts vividly explained the typical specific practices of finding highlights and recommending typical examples in the work through two supervision cases, so as to promote teachers to learn from each other and make progress together; Lingcui Sun of the School of Computer and Internet of Things demonstrated the role of multi-post training in promoting the improvement of teaching ability through the practice path of "promoting teaching by competition, construction by competition, and reform by competition".

Through the interpretation of the evaluation criteria, Xiaoying Zhang emphasized that the supervision work should take the growth of teachers as the goal, strengthen the process tracking and guidance, and build a professional development ladder for teachers. At the same time, it is hoped that the supervisors will continue to improve themselves and become the pioneers, demonstrators and leaders of teaching reform. In view of the interpretation of the supervision work, the school supervision conducted a discussion on the difficulties and improvement suggestions of supervision through online and offline linkage.

In her concluding remarks, Qionghua Wang emphasized the important role of the supervision team in improving the quality of teaching, and encouraged the supervision to use "increasing motivation and vitality, and stimulating the spirit of daring to be the first and starting a business", so as to improve themselves and drive the growth of the team.

At the end of the meeting, Wang Qionghua issued a letter of appointment to the new supervisors of the school and encouraged the team to contribute to the high-quality development of the school with more practical measures.
