It is reported that a total of 12 alumni from the Animation major of the School of Digital Arts at Chongqing University of Engineering have joined Beijing Ruosen Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and held key positions in 2024. These 12 graduates worked in key areas such as animation layout, 3D animation, and image rendering in the seventh season of "The Bad People in the Painting World", providing professional support and technical guarantee for the final success of the project. The students expressed that their ability to participate in frontline project production after graduation is due to the systematic education and practical training they received during their school years, as well as the close cooperation model between the school and enterprises, which not only enabled them to master advanced technology and work methods, but also cultivated excellent teamwork skills.

Since the establishment of school enterprise cooperation with Ruosen, the two sides have not only cooperated in "off campus practical teaching" and "employment", but also carried out a multi-dimensional school enterprise collaborative education model of "drawing rivers and lakes, order classes". Ruosen Company has assigned front-line technical backbones to the animation major as professional course teachers, providing targeted training for specialized positions such as animators for the enterprise. The enterprise integrates real projects into the classroom, allowing students to have zero distance exposure to the production process of industry front-line projects at school and enhancing their market competitiveness.

In the future, the school will continue to adhere to the talent cultivation model of "school enterprise cooperation, industry education integration", explore the establishment of more flexible and diverse school enterprise cooperation mechanisms, and strengthen the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises in scientific research projects, technological innovation, and achievement transformation; At the same time, we will increase policy support, optimize resource allocation, ensure the sustained and healthy development of school enterprise cooperation, and cultivate more high-quality applied talents that meet the needs of industrial development for society.
