The International Culture and Arts Festival and the Opening Ceremony of the Bachelor's and Master's Programs at Chongqing University of Engineering have come to a successful conclusion

Net news (article/Innovation Center Siyu Feng picture /College Student Journalist Team)Recently, Chongqing University of Engineering held the opening ceremony of the International Culture and Arts Festival and the opening ceremony of the undergraduate and graduate direct courses at the Chuanggu Road Show Hall (Chuanggu A101) in Nanquan Campus.

The theme of this event is "Using culture as a bridge, opening up a global perspective". Guided by the principle of "building a community with a shared future for mankind", Chongqing University of Engineering takes "establishing the school with quality and revitalizing the school with characteristics" as its core concept, and builds a global resource network through direct undergraduate and graduate courses.

At the beginning of the event, Fei Yang, Director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office, delivered a speech on the theme of "Spring Embarks on a New Journey, Building Dreams and Moving Forward". He outlined the future blueprint of Chongqing University of Engineering's study abroad service center using three key words - "breaking through the soil to create new students, walking hand in hand", "cultivating teaching skills, honing hard power", and "gathering trees to form a forest, jointly cultivating the study abroad circle".

During the speaking session, Yujia Mou shared her personal growth journey, from her initial naivety upon joining the international class to her current passion for multiculturalism and clear plans for the future. Her story is a microcosm of the transformation of heavy industry students in international education, and also an interpretation of the school's concept of "precise training and warm protection".

The hosting of the International Culture and Arts Festival is a firm step taken by Chongqing Institute of Technology in the wave of educational globalization in the new era.
