Net news （article/ picture Teacher Development Center Huiying Wang）In order to create micro lesson works with distinct themes, concise content, and strong appeal, help teachers improve their micro lesson design level, and lay the foundation for teaching innovation and micro lesson competitions, the Teacher Development Center launched a special training on "Micro Lesson Design and Production Workshop" on May 9th, 71205. It lasted for more than a month and attracted 26 teachers from various colleges in the school to participate. This event consists of three main components: thematic lectures, group discussions, and targeted guidance.

The special lecture was given by Sun Linchuan, the project manager of Chongqing Cante Technology Co., Ltd., and Huiying Wang from the Teacher Development Center. Linchuan Sun provided detailed explanations from four aspects: micro lesson topic selection strategies and key points, micro lesson teaching design key points, common micro lesson video structures, and micro lesson script writing skills, providing teachers with systematic theoretical knowledge of micro lesson design and production. Subsequently, Linchuan Sun benchmarked the evaluation criteria for the Chongqing Undergraduate Micro Course Teaching Competition (2025 version) and provided precise guidance on the highlights and optimization suggestions of the micro course videos submitted by eight teachers, enabling them to have a clearer understanding of the specific requirements and improvement directions for micro course production. Huiying Wang shared her polishing process from school level micro courses to city level micro courses from two aspects: willingness and assistance, as well as how to use AI to assist in innovative design of micro course copywriting, providing ideas for teachers to create micro courses. In the group discussion session, teachers from each group conducted in-depth discussions on the optimization and presentation strategies of the competition content, actively exchanged ideas, shared experiences, and had a lively atmosphere on site. The targeted guidance session is conducted by each group of guiding teachers during the micro lesson design period, providing one-on-one guidance at any time.

After the training, the participating teachers expressed that the content was rich and practical, which not only improved their ability to design and produce micro courses, but also broadened their teaching ideas, providing great help for future teaching work. The Teacher Development Center will continue to pay attention to the needs of teachers, continuously improve training content based on teacher feedback, and provide more communication and learning platforms to help teachers make greater progress in micro lesson production and teaching innovation.
