Qin Huawei, Minister of the Organization Department, and reserve cadres from the whole school participated, and Fangqiong Yang, Assistant Minister of the Party Committee and Teacher Work Department, presided over.

He pointed out that reserve cadres are potential talents reserved by schools, and schools will help them grow through learning, training, rotation, and other means. However, reserve qualifications do not necessarily equate to promotion opportunities. He emphasized that reserve cadres need to possess qualities such as independence, overall awareness, and collaborative ability. They must adhere to political positions and abide by discipline and rules. If they do not meet the standards in terms of ideology, work initiative, or learning, their qualifications will be revoked.

Regarding the responsibilities of leading cadres,  Yugang Jian elaborated on the connotation of "leading, directing, cadre, and department", emphasizing that managers need to possess five self driving forces such as method consciousness and moral self-cultivation, as well as eight levels of realm from "giving people fish" to "giving people jade". He also mentioned the work methodology, which requires a goal oriented approach, grasping the key links of the entire task process, and clarifying the functional differences of leaders at different levels.

In addition, a graduation certificate was issued to the first batch of reserve cadres at the meeting, and a list of reserve cadres and mentors under training was announced, clarifying the training system. Afterwards, Yanyan Ming, Director of the Personnel Department and Deputy Minister of the Party Committee Organization Department, entrusted Fangqiong Yang to put forward expectations to reserve cadres: firstly, to strengthen learning awareness, systematically learn theoretical knowledge, practical experience, professional skills, and management methods, and comprehensively enhance comprehensive literacy; Secondly, we must adhere to the principle of "honing our skills in practical work". When facing grievances and challenges, we need to find a suitable way to relieve ourselves, maintain a positive attitude and work enthusiasm, and achieve a two-way improvement of personal growth and job value through practical training.

Finally, based on his own work experience and growth insights, Huawei Qin put forward earnest expectations for reserve cadres from three aspects: "reading all books, handing over all people, and doing all things", and explained the practical paths of the three with vivid examples. His sharing, which combines theoretical depth and practical warmth, deeply inspired the reserve cadres present and received warm applause from the audience.

This training is rich in content and highly targeted, allowing reserve cadres to have a clearer understanding of their role positioning and growth and development, laying the foundation for the construction of the school's cadre team. Participants have expressed that they will take this training as an opportunity to continuously improve their own abilities and contribute to the development of the school.
