As a key measure for the school to implement the Ministry of Education's "Hundred Day Sprint" action, this event aims to deepen cooperation between schools and enterprises, fully build a talent supply and demand docking platform, and fully promote high-quality and full employment for graduates.

The event attracted more than 70 well-known enterprises, including Chongqing Southwest Integrated Circuit Design Co., Ltd., Tailing Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., Chongqing Hikvision Technology Co., Ltd., Chongqing Xinke Communication Engineering Co., Ltd., Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd., Vivo Mobile Communication (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., Shenxin Technology Information Security Alliance, NIO, Chongqing Zongshen Power Machinery Co., Ltd., etc., providing more than 1600 employment and internship positions in computer software, big data, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, electronic information, intelligent construction, new media and other fields, comprehensively covering various majors of the school, and accurately matching the talent training direction of the school with the employment needs of enterprises.

At the event, specialized employment guidance service stations such as "Resume Clinic" and "Interview Counseling" were set up, and employment guidance teachers assisted students in enhancing their job competitiveness on site. The responsible persons and counselors of each secondary college actively provide front-line services, actively connect with enterprises, accurately grasp the needs, recommend positions for the 2025 graduates, and guide the 2026 graduates to seize the opportunity of summer practice, laying a foundation for job hunting. On site, graduates had in-depth discussions with recruitment representatives from companies regarding job responsibilities, development prospects, salary and benefits, creating a lively atmosphere. According to statistics, the event attracted over a thousand graduates from both inside and outside the school to actively participate, with a total of over 3000 resumes submitted.

Changhong Chen, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the school, went deep into the site of the Double Selection Conference, had cordial exchanges with representatives of participating enterprises and graduates, and gained a detailed understanding of the employment needs of enterprises and the job application situation of graduates. He emphasized that the school should further deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises and the integration of industry and education, focus on cultivating high-quality applied talents who can adapt to the development needs of new quality productive forces, provide high-quality and heartwarming employment services, and provide more high-quality talents for local economic and social development.
