Xiaoyong Tang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Shuangqiao Campus, and Director of the Shuangqiao Campus Administrative Committee, as well as Guohua Jiang, Assistant to the President and Dean of the Basic College, attended the meeting. All faculty and staff of the campus were present. The meeting was presided over by Jun Zou, Assistant to the President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Shuangqiao Campus.

At the meeting, Guohua Jiang gave a comprehensive briefing on the teaching tasks and teaching operation situation of the campus in the new semester, and made key reminders on important matters of teaching work. He emphasized that all faculty and staff should take solid and earnest work as the core principle, regard improving the quality of course teaching as the fundamental goal, take the fine teaching style as the guide, effectively promote the in-depth and solid construction of the learning style, and inject solid impetus into the school's efforts to build a high-level application-oriented university and cultivate high-quality application-oriented specialized talents.

First of all, Xiaoyong Tang reported on the enrollment, admission and registration in 2025 and the summer campus construction situation of Shuangqiao Campus, and conveyed the school's deployment of work tasks for the new semester and the speech requirements of President Fangcheng Sun. Centering on the four core dimensions of Party building leadership, reform promotion, safety management, and campus governance, he put forward specific requirements for the key work of Shuangqiao Campus in the autumn semester of 2025: first, take Party building as the foundation to consolidate the faith of teachers and students; second, take reform as the engine to improve the quality of talent cultivation; third, take safety as the bottom line to build a barrier for a safe campus; fourth, take governance as the starting point to jointly build a harmonious campus environment. Xiaoyong Tang emphasized that every cadre, every teacher, and every management and service personnel should quickly get into gear, think actively, take responsibility actively, and act proactively, focusing their work on the front line of education, service, and guarantee. They should examine their missions from a higher perspective, plan development with a broader vision, promote implementation with a more practical style, and with a more spirited mental state and fighting stance, make greater achievements and contributions on the new journey of building a distinctive high-level application-oriented university in an all-round way!

Jun Zou pointed out in his concluding remarks at the meeting that all faculty and staff should deeply understand the spirit of the school's 2025 Autumn Semester Opening Cadre Conference and solidly promote the effective implementation of various tasks in the campus' education, teaching and management.
