Students from the School of Software achieved excellent results in the "6th National Testing and Development Competition"

She achieved an excellent result of ranking 12th nationwide and won the third prize at the national level, bringing honor to the school.

It is reported that this competition is hosted by CCF and is a highly influential national discipline competition in the field of software testing. It aims to assess students' comprehensive practical abilities in functional testing, automated testing, algorithm application and other aspects. The final round was set up with four core sections: functional testing, Python basic algorithms, UI automation and interface automation. It attracted nearly a thousand contestants from over a hundred universities across the country to compete on the same stage, making the competition extremely fierce.

During the preparation period, under the guidance of the college's teachers, Menglin Feng systematically sorted out the theoretical knowledge of software testing, delved deeply into the study of automated testing tools and frameworks, and enhanced her code debugging and problem location skills through a large number of project practices. In the final round, she stood out among many contestants with her solid professional foundation, rigorous logical thinking and efficient engineering practice ability. She accurately captured potential system defects in the functional testing stage, implemented complex functions with concise code in the Python algorithm testing, and demonstrated her flexible application of testing tools in UI automation and interface automation testing. Achieved the excellent result of ranking 12th nationwide.

This award is another testament to the achievements of the Software College's "industry-education integration and practical education" training model. In recent years, the college has closely followed the development needs of the software testing industry and established a three-dimensional training system of "theory + practical training + competition". By introducing real enterprise projects and organizing discipline competition training, it has strengthened students' ability to solve complex engineering problems.
