Judge Mingyu Lu, Vice President of the Civil First Division of the Fifth Intermediate People's Court of Chongqing and Vice President of the Rule of Law of our university, was invited to give a keynote speech on "Anti Fraud 'Heart' Defense Line - College Students' Anti Fraud Awareness and Response". More than 400 representatives of teachers and students were present to listen. The lecture was hosted by Lu Huang, a teacher from the Legal Affairs Office.

Mingyu Lu combines real-life cases such as "online dating fraud," "online part-time job fraud," "campus loans," and "investment and financial fraud" that have occurred frequently in universities in recent years to deeply analyze the legal risks that college students may face in terms of personal, property, and online behavior. He also provides actionable "legal tips" on "how to retain evidence" and "how to protect their rights in accordance with the law. The vivid cases, witty language, and frequent interactions have made the originally "aloof" laws more down-to-earth, and the on-site
response has been enthusiastic.

The university stage is a critical period for shaping worldview, outlook on life, and values, as well as a golden period for cultivating the belief in the rule of law. "Lu Mingyu said that serving as the Vice President of the Rule of Law is not only an honor, but also a responsibility. In the future, he will continue to carry out" order based "legal education, bring legal consultation services and court hearings to the campus, and enhance students' sense of gain in the rule of law through" immersive "experiences.
