This edition of the competition, themed "Youth Taking the Lead in Chinese Path to Modernization," was jointly organized by the Chongqing Municipal Education Commission, the Communist Youth League Chongqing Municipal Committee, the Chongqing Science and Technology Association, and the Chongqing Student Federation. It was co-hosted by the Chongqing China Three Gorges Museum and the Communist Youth League Chongqing Engineering College Committee.

This competition received 851 entries from 48 universities, covering three major categories: short videos, animations, and AI digital creativity. The submissions skillfully integrated the urban spirit of Chongqing with Bashu culture, creating outstanding works that combined profound thought, artistic beauty, and contemporary flair through diverse artistic forms. This event was not merely a creative competition but also a profound fusion of traditional culture and modern technology, fully showcasing the vibrant creative passion and innovative vitality of Chongqing's university faculty and students. Experts from Chongqing Normal University, the Chongqing Three Gorges University Museum, and the Chongqing Natural History Museum were invited as judges to rigorously evaluate and select the finalists.

The final competition is scheduled to take place on November 14th, where the ultimate contest will be conducted in the form of on-site pitch presentations at Chongqing Engineering College. The competition deeply integrates the culture of Ba-Yu with modern technology, fully inspiring the cultural innovation vitality of university students in Chongqing.
