Our school held a student themed lecture event on "Model Workers and Craftsmen Entering Campus"

Net news (article Lizhou fromTrade Union Committee of the University  picture from College Student Journalist Team )On the afternoon of December 17th , in order to vigorously promote the spirit of model workers, labor spirit, and craftsmanship, and inspire young students to firmly believe in their ideals and be brave in innovation and creation, the "Model Workers and Craftsmen Entering the Campus" themed lecture event jointly organized by the school union and the school youth league committee was held in the academic lecture hall of Nanquan campus. The theme of this event is "The Call of the Times for Youth Responsibility", and Ms. Zong Jun, the head of Chongqing Model Worker and Craftsman Talent Innovation Studio, is specially invited to give a special presentation. The event was successfully carried out under the careful guidance and strong support of the Chongqing Education, Science, Culture, Health and Sports Union, with more than 800 student representatives from the whole school participating in the event.

During the event,Jun zong shared his profound thoughts on career development, innovative spirit, and value realization under the theme of "The Call of the Times for Youth Responsibility - Model Workers and Craftsmen Discussing Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Growth and Refining", based on his own journey of growing from a frontline skilled talent to an industry leader. She vividly elaborated on how to integrate personal growth into national development and realize the value of life in the new era, focusing on four chapters: "Sales is a compulsory course in life", "Finding Passion: Balancing Interest and Value", "Enduring Perseverance and Inner Determination", and "The Courage to Innovate".

Jun zong shared that true growth comes from the combination of passion and perseverance. Innovation is not about subversion but continuous optimization. We encourage students to maintain the determination of "downward growth" in the rapidly changing era and achieve breakthroughs through solid accumulation. She said that the younger generation should take the initiative to use "being needed" as a pivot for career choices, accumulate "fast growth" in "slow variables", face challenges with long-term resilience, and hone their real talents and knowledge in practice.

In the interactive communication session, students actively asked questions about career planning, skill improvement paths, entrepreneurial preparation, and other issues.Jun zong provided sincere and practical answers based on his own experience and industry insights, creating a lively atmosphere on site. She encouraged her classmates to "choose what you love, love what you choose; stick to what you believe in, believe in what you stand for", ignite their motivation with love, polish their abilities with perseverance, break through boundaries with innovation, and strive to become writers of their own life stories.

The content of this preaching activity is rich and close to reality, with both ideological height and practical warmth, setting a learning example for young students to love their jobs, strive for excellence, and pursue excellence. Classmates expressed that by listening to the struggle stories of model workers and craftsmen, they have gained a deeper understanding of the spirit of model workers, labor spirit, and craftsmanship, further clarified their growth direction, and enhanced their sense of mission and responsibility to integrate personal development into the needs of the country.
