Net new（article/picture the Academic Affairs Office, Min Liang) December 13th, the National College English Level 4 and 6 exams were held simultaneously at the Nanquan Campus and Shuangqiao Campus of our school. There were 5,783 applicants for the fourth level of this examination, with a total of 193 examination rooms and 1,116 applicants for the sixth level, with a total of 38 examination rooms.

In order to ensure the seriousness and standardization of the examination, the school attaches great importance to the examination work, strictly follows the relevant regulations of the national education examination and the relevant work requirements of the Chongqing Education Examination Institute, comprehensively consolidates the main responsibility, and systematically promotes various guarantee measures. In the pre-examination stage, the school focuses on three aspects of work: first, strengthen organizational leadership, set up a leading group for examination work, formulate detailed work plans and emergency response plans, clarify the division of responsibilities of personnel in various functional departments and positions, and ensure that responsibilities are assigned to people and work is implemented; The second is to strictly abide by the bottom line of confidentiality, build a security and confidentiality system for the whole process of test papers, implement closed-loop management of key links such as reception, storage, distribution, recycling, and inventory of test papers, and resolutely eliminate the risk of test question leakage; The third is to consolidate the foundation of guarantee, and carry out full-coverage training for all invigilators and examination staff through a combination of online and offline methods to improve the ability to perform their duties in a standardized manner; Relying on platforms such as LED in teaching buildings, extensive education on integrity examinations and warning education on violations of discipline and regulations is carried out to guide candidates to establish a correct concept of taking the exam; Led by the Academic Affairs Office, in cooperation with the Network Information Center, Security Office, Infrastructure Logistics Office and other relevant units, the preparations for the standardized layout of the examination room, examination equipment commissioning, power support, safety prevention and control, and material reserves have been solidly completed, so as to build a solid hardware and software guarantee for the smooth development of the examination.

On the same day, the inspection team of the Municipal Examination Institute (Yongcheng Li , Director of the Self-Examination Office, Bo Gao, Deputy Director of the Self-Examination Office, and Wei Hu, Deputy Director of the zhong cheng Office) visited our school for guidance, and Yidan Zhang, the supervisor of Chongqing Technology and Business University, participated in the supervision and inspection at the same time. Mingshu Tan, vice president of our school, Jun Zou and Guohua Jiang , assistant principal, Qian Yang, director of the Academic Affairs Office, and heads of relevant departments accompanied the inspection throughout the inspection. The inspection supervisor first went to the standardized examination room monitoring center to check the operation of the video invigilation system in detail, and then went deep into each examination room to inspect the examination style and discipline, the performance of invigilators, and the status of candidates' answers. After a comprehensive inspection, the inspection supervision fully recognized and spoke highly of the effectiveness of our school's examination organization and management, orderly examination room, safeguard measures in place, and excellent examination style and learning style.

In this examination, the whole process of Nanquan and Shuangqiao campuses from candidate ID verification, sign-in preparation, candidate admission to exam implementation, and test paper recovery is standardized and orderly. All invigilators strictly perform their duties, standardize operations, and the examination staff cooperate and provide efficient services, which jointly ensures the smooth and smooth completion of the national college English level 4 and 6 examination, fully demonstrating our school's rigorous and meticulous management style and good campus examination style.
