Members of the Party and government teams of the two colleges attended the meeting.

At the meeting, combining the actual development and future planning of the colleges, Sun Fangcheng emphasized that the follow-up work should focus on the "four grasps" to make precise efforts, pointing out the path for the high-quality development of the colleges.

First, grasp development, adhere to the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, focus on the core of talent training, and do a good job in the "15th Five-Year Plan" for professional development. Team members should always take a highly responsible attitude towards the future of the colleges and the growth of teachers and students, promote achievements through grasping development, and solidly push the colleges to a new level.

Second, grasp quality and lay a solid foundation for development. Fangcheng Sun pointed out that quality projects need to be implemented in detail from multiple aspects. In terms of curriculum quality, continuously optimize curriculum content, actively promote the in-depth integration of AI technology and teaching, and create high-quality classrooms; in terms of the teaching staff, increase training investment, improve management mechanisms, and support high-quality development with high-quality teachers; at the same time, comprehensively strengthen the management quality of all work and form closed-loop management and control.

Third, grasp the team and gather strong synergy for collaborative tackling. He required that the Party and government teams of the colleges take the lead, give full play to the role of deputies, and drive the coordinated development of teaching teams, research teams, and administrative teams. Taking team building as the starting point, accurately make up for work weaknesses, form a good work pattern of unity and joint management, and inject endogenous power into the development of the colleges.

Fourth, grasp responsibility and ensure the performance of duties at all levels. Fangcheng Sun emphasized that the college leadership teams must effectively shoulder the main responsibility, be responsible for the overall development of the colleges, as well as for students, teachers, and cadres at all levels, transmit responsibility pressure layer by layer, ensure that the school's various arrangements are implemented effectively, and improve the quality and efficiency of all college work.

Finally, Longfu Zhou, Dean of the School of Software, Xiaoying Zhang, Vice Dean of the Digital Twin Industry College, and Ziling Liu, Secretary of the General Party Branch, made statements respectively. Team members said that the colleges will strictly implement President Sun's "four grasps" work requirements, continue to strengthen college team building, gather the synergy for doing business; at the same time, further deepen the integration of industry and education, promote the precise connection between education and teaching and industrial needs, implement the post-based institutional setup, do a good job in the construction of various quality assurance systems, and strive to promote the accumulation of achievements in college education, teaching, and scientific research.
