Net news (article/picture Yancheng Wang of the Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Institute)Recently, Chongqing tuberculosis Institute announced the review results of the 2026 college student volunteer team cultivation project. With the strong support of the School Party Committee, the School Work Department and the School Youth League Committee, the Cloud Intelligence Volunteer Service Team "Youth Garrison tuberculosis" project under the guidance of Big Data and AI College, with a solid practical foundation and innovative publicity model, stood out from many university teams in the city and was successfully approved.

This project is a positive response to the Action Plan for tuberculosis Prevention and Control in Chongqing 2024-2035. This project not only marks a new breakthrough in guiding college students to participate in public health undertakings, but also means that Yunzhi Volunteer Service Team will officially be included in the core force of municipal tuberculosis prevention and transmission action in 2026. Being able to win the favor of the city level is due to the team's deep cultivation and meticulous work over the past year. Looking back on the past year, the Yunzhi Volunteer Service Team has closely focused on the theme of "Yes! We Can End TB", formed a special volunteer team of 71 people, and built a multidimensional publicity network covering campuses and communities. Accurate science popularization was carried out for teachers and students on campus, covering a total of about 5000 people, effectively enhancing their daily awareness of protection. The team has brought health knowledge to the community and special groups, and has carried out activities covering a total of over 6080 people throughout the year, truly realizing the implementation of the "Millions of Volunteers" action at the grassroots level.

Approval for project establishment is both an honor and a responsibility. Next, the College of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence will guide the cloud intelligence volunteer service team to strictly follow the project cultivation requirements, give play to professional advantages, innovate the publicity carrier, focus on the differentiated needs of different groups, make the dissemination of tuberculosis prevention knowledge more accurate and effective, and contribute the wisdom and strength of college students to the goal of ending the tuberculosis epidemic.
