At the meeting, Fangcheng Sun explained in detail the evaluation criteria and award points of the Teaching Innovation Competition, emphasizing that teaching innovation should strengthen moral education guidance, value integration, interdisciplinary integration, real problem orientation, and technological empowerment. He reviewed the preparation materials of the participating teachers one by one, accurately pointed out the existing problems, and had in-depth communication with the teachers, proposing targeted improvement suggestions. He pointed out that the Teaching Innovation Competition is an important platform to showcase teachers' teaching abilities and promote classroom teaching reform. All participating teachers should base themselves on teaching reality, focus on teaching innovation, accurately grasp the requirements of the competition, and effectively transform the preparation process into a process of improving teaching abilities. He requested the participating teachers to clarify the key points of preparation, refine the workflow, and put more effort into presenting innovative points and improving materials, fully demonstrating the professional competence and teaching level of our school's teachers.

This preparation guidance meeting closely followed the actual situation of the competition, responding to the confusion of teachers and further clarifying the direction of preparation, effectively enhancing the confidence of participating teachers and laying a solid foundation for subsequent efficient preparation and sprint competitions.

Previously, the school also invited Professor Jingyuan He from Chongqing University to provide precise feedback and detailed guidance for participating teachers on key aspects such as curriculum innovation design, teaching achievement condensation, classroom display optimization, and competition material polishing. Next, the school will continue to carry out pre competition guidance, teaching seminars and other activities, build a platform for teachers' professional growth and communication, adhere to the principle of promoting teaching and research through competitions, help teachers' professional development, and continuously improve the quality of education and teaching in the school.
