implement the university's decisions and arrangements regarding graduate
employment, deepen the integration of industry and education, and expand
channels for student internships and employment, a delegation of four led by
Faling Li, Dean of the School of Computer and Internet of Things, including
Kefei Wei, Director of the Employment Section, and faculty members Chaoqin Wang
and Yi Zhang, visited Chengdu to carry out a special initiative to engage with
enterprises. The team conducted on-site visits to three key companies and
signed internship and employment base agreements, achieving fruitful results.
On the afternoon of the 19th, the visiting team made its first stop at Chengdu Leetro Automation Company Limited Accompanied by relevant corporate representatives, the team gained an in-depth understanding of the company's main business, core technologies, and future development plans, and conducted a detailed survey of the company's current talent recruitment needs. During the symposium, the two sides held in-depth discussions on topics such as school-enterprise cooperation models in the field of industrial software and the optimization of talent cultivation programs. Both parties expressed consensus on strengthening collaboration in areas such as joint course development and project cooperation, aiming to promote complementary resources and mutual benefits between the school and the enterprise.

Subsequently, the visiting team went to Chengdu Hexu Medical
Technology Company Limited.
for a visit and investigation. The company specializes in the research and
development of intelligent exoskeleton products and enjoys broad market
prospects. The team held discussions with Professor Yang Bo's team, gaining
detailed insights into the company's technological layout in fields such as
rehabilitation medicine and wearable devices, and engaged in in-depth exchanges
on matters such as student internships and practical training, as well as
research project collaboration. During the visit, the two sides held a concise
and solemn plaque-awarding ceremony, marking the entry of the school-enterprise
cooperation into a substantive stage.

On the morning of the 20th, the visiting team arrived at
Chengdu Chuangxin Huatong Information Technology Co., Ltd. Accompanied by relevant
corporate representatives, the team gained a comprehensive understanding of the
company's development history, business layout, and future plans, and visited
the 2026 graduates who had joined the company, learning in detail about their
work and living conditions, and encouraging them to dedicate themselves to
their positions and strive for excellence. Subsequently, the visiting team held
in-depth discussions with the company's HRD on topics such as talent demand
trends in the information security industry and joint training through
specialized classes, reaching multiple preliminary intentions for cooperation.

During this trip to Chengdu, the School signed internship and
employment base agreements with all three enterprises, laying a foundation for
deepening the integration of industry and education and expanding employment
channels. In the next phase, the School will continue to strengthen
communication and coordination with enterprises, refine implementation
measures, and effectively translate the outcomes of the enterprise visits into
tangible results in talent cultivation, thereby ensuring more sufficient and
higher-quality employment for graduates.
