Deepening Industry-Education Integration to Co-Cultivate Applied Talents: School of Electronic Information Engineering Conducts School-Enterprise Cooperation Negotiations with Chongqing Pingwei Industrial Co., Ltd

On March 23rd, Chengbo Yu, Dean of the School of Electronic Information, led Vice Dean Xinghong Jing, Renyong Zhang, Department Head, Employment Department, and 8 representatives of graduates to Chongqing Pingwei Industrial Co., Ltd. in Liangping District for school enterprise cooperation negotiations.

The company's application director Yunqiao Chen, comprehensive department manager Sufang Cheng, manufacturing department manager  Wenbo Jiang and other leaders warmly welcomed the college delegation. By visiting the company exhibition hall and production environment, the college gained a deep understanding of the company's development history and business layout. At the subsequent symposium, Renyong Zhang introduced the basic situation of the college, and Sufang Cheng reviewed the previous cooperation foundation between the two parties. Both parties focused on reviewing the situation of students' internships in enterprises in the early stage, summarizing experiences and lessons learned, and exploring optimization measures.

At the meeting, the enterprise side expressed that with the rapid development of the company, more fresh graduates are welcome to join, and various positions such as research and development, production management, functional and sales can be provided. It is hoped that students will establish the ideological preparation of starting from the grassroots, enduring hardships, and actively striving for progress. Chengbo Yu agrees with this and points out that the college will cooperate with enterprises to do a good job in guiding students' thoughts. At the same time, Yu Chengbo proposed to further deepen cooperation between schools and enterprises in areas such as joint project application and product research and development. Chen Yunqiao responded positively, stating that we can cooperate comprehensively and seek opportunities for cooperation. He also proposed that the company is willing to open laboratory resources to teachers and students and provide technical support. After in-depth communication, both parties have reached a consensus on the next step of cooperation.

Subsequently, the two sides held a signing ceremony for the joint construction of an "internship and employment base" between schools and enterprises, and Yu Chengbo awarded the company the plaque. This negotiation further clarified the direction of school enterprise collaborative education, laying the foundation for both parties to achieve resource sharing and mutual benefit.
