Seminar on Zhongxian Cultural & Tourism IP Development and University-Local Cooperation Held Successfully

Net news (article/ picture: School of Digital Arts Yi Li )On the morning of April 3rd,  Xiaomin Guo, Party Secretary of Zhongxian Bureau of Culture and Tourism, led a delegation to visit the School of Digital Arts of our university. Both sides held a special seminar on the development of cultural and tourism resources in Zhongxian and university-local cooperation to explore innovative approaches for integrated cultural and tourism development.Yeping Zhang, Deputy Party Secretary and Executive Vice President of the university, attended the seminar, together with relevant leaders of the School of Digital Arts.

 At the meeting,  Yeping Zhang briefed the guests on the university's overview and development history. Combining with the actual demands of Zhongxian's cultural and tourism industry, he put forward practical cooperation plans covering talent training, featured practical training and industry-university-research collaboration.

 Xiaomin Guo introduced Zhongxian's geographical conditions, history, culture, economic growth and the progress of cultural-tourism integration. He noted that Zhongxian boasts profound historical heritage and abundant cultural relics, with enormous potential for its cultural and tourism industry. He expressed the hope that both sides could leverage respective strengths to achieve mutual benefits and win-win results, and fuel the high-quality development of Zhongxian's cultural and tourism sector.

Later,  Hao Chen, Director of the Cultural IP Creation Center of the School of Digital Arts, presented the original IP project Little Qin Liangyu developed by his team, and elaborated on the plans for digital presentation of Zhongxian's cultural and tourism resources.

The seminar marks the substantive launch of bilateral cooperation in cultural and tourism IP development. Going forward, the two parties will further deepen resource sharing and complementary advantages, advance the creative transformation and innovative development of Zhongxian's cultural resources, and inject new vitality into the local cultural and tourism industry.
