Assistant to the President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Shuangqiao Campus, Jun Zou, attended and participated in the case role-playing. The event was chaired by Shuang Fang, the deputy director of the Student Affairs Office of the Shuangqiao Campus Management Committee. All counselors of the campus, teachers from the Mental Health Education and Counseling Center, relevant personnel from the Student Affairs Office and Comprehensive Office, etc., participated.

This drill was based on a real case as a model. It focused on the core scenario of the desensitization case and went through four key stages: case reenactment, practical simulation, defense discussion, and summary review. These stages fully recreated the crisis event handling scenario. In the case reenactment stage, the host summarized the case background, key time points, and the status of relevant parties. In the practical simulation stage, Jun Zou and Shuang Fang accurately reenacted the roles of parents, students, etc., and the counselors participated in the handling process in an immersive way, honing their abilities in rapid response, information communication, coordination and linkage, and psychological counseling in an emergency situation. In the defense discussion stage, in response to complex problems such as parents' doubts, students' non-cooperation, and the escalation of public opinion, each group conducted on-site questioning and collective discussion to gather diverse ideas and explore feasible solutions. In the summary review stage, Jiao Wang and Xiao Zhang from the Psychological Center focused on the core points of psychological crisis intervention, starting from basic dimensions such as emotion recognition and crisis screening, and combined with the response performance of the counselors in the drill case, pointed out that psychological counseling should pay attention to precise empathy and timely risk assessment.Ru Wang, the deputy director of the Comprehensive Office, from the perspective of safety risks, provided guidance and suggestions on the process norms and detail control in crisis handling.

Jun Zou fully affirmed the effectiveness of this drill. He pointed out that student work must always prioritize the students' lives and health. Through an immersive and practical approach, this drill achieved exchanges of experience and ideological collisions, providing valuable practical references for handling emergencies. He emphasized that all counselors should actively coordinate with various forces such as the Security Office and the Medical Room to establish a collaborative working system; they should solidify the foundation of legal knowledge, precisely address various complex issues, and at the same time, do a good job in communication and guidance with parents, balancing the needs of students and the demands of parents; they should attach importance to work record management to provide support for work review, build a solid foundation for fulfilling duties and responsibilities, and truly become guardians and confidants of students' growth and development.

This practical exercise aimed to enhance learning through practice and to improve combat readiness through practice. It effectively enhanced the professional capabilities and combat skills of counselors in handling student-related crisis events, further improved the school's mechanism for dealing with student crisis incidents, and laid a solid foundation for strengthening the student safety protection network and promoting the healthy growth of students.
