Net news (article/ Party and Government Office Lu Huang picture /University Student Reporters) In order to promote the connotative and high-quality development of the school, the school organized the "School Leadership Reception Day" to extensively listen to opinions and suggestions from all sides, effectively solve the difficulties of teachers, students, and staff in learning, living, and working, and strengthen the connection between the school and its teachers, students, and staff. On the afternoon of April 8th, the school held the "School Leadership Reception Day" activity in Conference Room 206 on the Nanquan Campus. Changhong Chen, the Party Secretary, attended the event, and the heads of relevant functional departments, student unions of each secondary college, student associations, and student representatives participated in the event.

Based on their own learning and living experiences with their classmates, the student representatives expressed their opinions and suggestions regarding curriculum teaching, student management, service guarantee, and other aspects. Changhong Chen and the heads of various departments listened carefully, took detailed notes, and answered and responded to the questions raised by the students one by one.

Changhong Chen fully affirmed and expressed gratitude for the students' active attitude towards offering suggestions and ideas for the school's development. Addressing the students' confusion regarding employment-related policies, directions, and paths, he conducted a comprehensive analysis from three aspects: correctly understanding the international and domestic economic situations, correctly understanding employment pressure, and how to achieve employment breakthroughs. He encouraged the students to cultivate their inner qualities, establish their image externally, and strive to build a "T-shaped" ability structure, seeking cross-disciplinary advantages. This effectively enhanced the students' employment cognition and broadened their employment horizons. Chen Changhong also put forward three hopes for the participating student representatives. First, he hoped that everyone could "speak with style," enhancing their personal image and demonstrating civilized qualities. Second, he hoped that everyone could "speak eloquently," strengthening their logical expression, communication, and coordination abilities. Third, he hoped that everyone could "write proficiently," consolidating their writing skills and enhancing their written expression, summarization, and reflection abilities.

The implementation of the school leaders' reception day activity has built a bridge of communication between the school and students, which not only promptly responded to the urgent needs and concerns of the students, but also gathered the youthful energy for jointly building and sharing a beautiful campus.
