Yeping Zhang, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Executive Vice President of the school, attended the meeting, along with relevant heads from the Academic Affairs Office and the School of Digital Arts.

At the meeting, Yeping Zhang extended a warm welcome to Chen Li and his delegation. He provided a detailed introduction to the school's basic situation and development history, and focused on explaining the directions and achievements of the School of Digital Arts in social service work. He pointed out that he hopes both the school and the local government can actively build cooperation platforms to carry out in-depth collaboration in areas such as digital cultural and tourism resource development and urban digital upgrading, helping to explore and promote Zhong County's loyalty culture, enrich the cultural and tourism industry, and jointly write a new chapter of school-local cooperation.

Hao Chen, Director of the Academy’s Cultural IP Creation Center, introduced and showcased the creation of the project 'Little Qin Liangyu.' Guo Xiaomin, Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhong County's Culture and Tourism Commission, provided a comprehensive introduction to Zhong County's cooperative concepts and specific needs in digital cultural and tourism resource development, promoting the practical implementation of school-local collaboration. The participants conducted in-depth discussions on digital cultural and tourism resource development and AI-driven innovation in cultural tourism, putting forward relevant opinions and suggestions.

Chen Li introduced the overall situation and development prospects of Zhong County's cultural and tourism industry, fully affirming the school’s educational strength and outstanding achievements. He pointed out that local cultural stories should be explored in depth, using digital art forms such as animation and games to empower cultural and tourism scenarios and create differentiated value. He hopes that both the school and the local government will further plan cooperative projects, fully leverage the school's professional and talent advantages, sign cooperation agreements, establish communication mechanisms, ensure practical implementation of cooperation, and promote the upgrading of Zhong County’s cultural and tourism industry.
