Our University Holds a Review Meeting for the Rolling Milk Tea Project to Deepen Industry‑Education Integrated Talent Cultivation Practices

On May 6, our university held a seminar on reviewing the Rolling Milk Tea project and deepening industry‑education integration. Fucheng Sun, President of the university; Yeping Zhang, Deputy Party Secretary, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and Executive Vice President; and Mingchu Tan, Vice President, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Heads of relevant departments including the Academic Affairs Office, Publicity Department and AI Innovation Center were present to jointly summarize project experience and plan paths for further deepening industry‑education integration.

At the beginning of the meeting, Linlin Yang, Project Lead and Vice Dean of the School of Digital Arts, delivered a full‑process work review of the Rolling Milk Tea project, systematically sorting out its highlights and outcomes. Subsequently, Weiqiong Fei, Vice Dean of Academic Affairs, presented a special report, focusing on specific practices and reflections on the in‑depth integration of project practice with daily teaching sessions.

Focusing on how to effectively translate project achievements into educational resources, the participating school leaders put forward clear requirements and guiding opinions.

Mingchu Tan pointed out that the fundamental goal of industry‑education integration lies in talent cultivation. He emphasized that teachers and students should strive to enhance the depth of content creation and independent thinking capabilities, and hone their skills in identifying and solving practical problems through real‑world projects.

Yeping Zhang put forward requirements for the project review from three dimensions: corporate‑style operation, university talent cultivation, and personal growth of teachers and students. He required participating teachers to conduct in‑depth reflection, systematize practical experience into curriculum‑based content, feed it back into regular classroom teaching, and implement it in the continuous optimization of talent training programs.

In his concluding speech, Fangcheng Sun emphasized that the Rolling Milk Tea project serves as a valuable practical initiative for the university to advance industry‑education integration. He pointed out that only through teachers’ in‑depth internalization and rational refinement can the experience and lessons from the project be effectively transformed into internal driving forces for educational and teaching reform — this is the key to preventing industry‑education integration from becoming a mere formality and ensuring its sustained advancement.

At the meeting, Pengtao Zhao, Director of the Publicity Department of the University Party Committee, released a follow‑up development plan for the Rolling Milk Tea project, aiming to continuously expand the project’s influence and build it into an on‑campus cultural highlight.

It is reported that this seminar is not only a summary of a single project, but also a focused discussion on the in‑depth logic and implementation paths of industry‑education integration. Taking this seminar as a new starting point, the university will drive industry‑education integration from "pilot exploration" to "regular operation", continuously improve the talent training model of "real projects, real‑world practice, and practical competence building", and help teachers and students enhance their core competitiveness for the future through real‑world practice.
