On May 14th, our school hosted the "Campus Tour of Integrity Education" - a national student assistance publicity and education activity organized by the National Student Aid Management Center and hosted by the Chongqing Student Aid Management Center. This event focused on integrity education and used assistance to cultivate talents. It guided young students to establish themselves with honesty and pursue success with integrity. Under the protection of national assistance policies, they were encouraged to strive and grow into successful individuals.

Event Commencement: The Light of Integrity Illuminates the Journey of Youth

That afternoon, the launching ceremony of the "Campus Campaign for Integrity Education" - a national student assistance publicity and education activity - was held. Vice Director Huayang Yin of the National Student Aid Management Center, Jian Qi, the secondary inspector of the Chongqing Education Commission, Xu Jiao, the director of the Higher Education Student Aid Work Department of the National Student Aid Management Center, Zhihui Yan, the deputy director of the Risk Prevention and Control II Department of the Chongqing Municipal Finance Bureau, Chuangjun Huang, the director of the Chongqing Student Aid Management Center, Kuan Fang , the second director of the Loan Management Department of the Social民生 Business Department of the China Development Bank， Chen Fen， a senior expert of the Chongqing Branch of the China Development Bank， Haiyan Wang， the fourth director of the Customer Department of the Chongqing Branch of the China Development Bank，and Fangcheng Sun，the president and secondary professor of Chongqing Institute of Engineering， all attended the event. Representatives from relevant school departments and teachers and students from each secondary college， totaling over 300 people， participated in the event. The event was chaired by Vice President Jiandong Wang of Chongqing Institute of Engineering.

At the beginning of the event, Fangcheng Sun delivered a welcome speech. On behalf of the school, he warmly welcomed all the leaders and guests present at the event, and expressed his sincere gratitude to the National Student Financial Aid Management Center of the Ministry of Education, the Chongqing Education Commission, and the Chongqing Student Financial Aid Management Center for entrusting the school with their trust and support. He introduced that our school, guided by the Chongqing characteristic student financial aid education brand "Xingguang·Liuxing", has been continuously exploring and achieving results in the work of financial aid education. He also stated that the school will take this event as an opportunity to promote the implementation of integrity education and financial aid education in depth, and ensure that the work achieves practical results.

Jian Qiao stated in his speech that integrity is the spiritual foundation for the growth of young people, and financial assistance is the warm institutional guarantee of the country. He encouraged all students to be grateful in their hearts and act upon their gratitude, cherish the learning opportunities brought by the national financial aid policies, and establish themselves on integrity and serve the country through hard work. His speech was full of sincerity and profound meaning, expressing both his earnest expectations for the students and his high regard for the student financial aid work.

Immediately afterwards, an "Student Sponsorship Promotion Ambassador" appointment ceremony was held on the spot. After a series of rigorous selections, 20 outstanding students who were both academically excellent and self-reliant emerged as the successful candidates and were officially appointed as the school's sponsorship promotion ambassadors. Xue Jiao,Chuanjun Huang , and Yan Huang, the student affairs director of Chongqing Institute of Engineering, presented appointment certificates to the representatives of the appointed students, encouraging them to be disseminators of the concept of integrity and practitioners of the spirit of gratitude, and to use the power of role models to inspire more students to strive for self-improvement and be honest and trustworthy.

Finally, Huayang Yin delivered a speech and announced the official launch of the event. He profoundly expounded on the significant role of integrity education in the process of cultivating moral character and fostering talents, stating that integrity is not only the foundation for an individual's survival but also an important cornerstone for the progress of social civilization. He encouraged the students to cherish the warm care provided by the national funding policies, transform their sense of gratitude into concrete actions of striving for progress, and truly achieve the educational goal of "thinking about the source of assistance, striving for progress, spreading love, and contributing to society".

Special Lecture: Financial Security and Integrity Knowledge Take Root in People's Hearts

During the special lecture session, Zhihui Yan delivered a special report titled "Preventing Illegal Financial Activities on Campus". He used real cases that occurred around the campus in recent years to deeply analyze the common patterns and identification methods of illegal financial activities such as "campus loans", "illegal fundraising", and "telecommunication fraud", warning students to establish a rational consumption concept, enhance their awareness of financial risk prevention, and protect their own "wallets".

Subsequently, Kuan Fang delivered a special lecture titled "Knowledge on Repaying Student Loans and Credit Reporting in Finance". He systematically explained the key points of the national student loan policy, the application process, the repayment methods, as well as the functions and maintenance methods of the personal credit reporting system. He particularly emphasized, "Lending is trust, repayment is responsibility", and reminded the students to cherish their personal credit records and consciously fulfill their repayment obligations, becoming exemplary practitioners of honesty and trustworthiness.

The two lectures were rich in content, with vivid examples and lively interactions. They were both practical and educational, helping students enhance their financial security awareness and deeply understand the intrinsic connection between integrity and responsibility. The sessions were full of valuable insights and there was continuous applause.

Observation and Exchange: The Culture of Integrity Is Vividly Present in the Campus

After the special lecture, the attending leaders and guests, accompanied by Fangcheng Sun, went to various observation points on campus to conduct on-site inspections of the practical achievements of integrating integrity education with student financial assistance at our school. On campus, the atmosphere of integrity culture was very浓厚， and various themed activities were carried out simultaneously, presenting a variety of highlights.

During the theme class meeting on student integrity and gratitude education, the counselor and the students discussed and shared about "Integrity and Growth". The "One Promise, Ten Thousand Gold" video exhibition on supporting integrity showcased the growth stories of the aided students, which was deeply touching. The credit information warning education exhibition was presented in a visually rich format, guiding students to stay away from失信 behaviors. The "Integrity and Growth" debate competition was full of ups and downs. Both the affirmative and negative sides cited relevant evidence and had a rigorous logic， demonstrating the critical thinking style of contemporary college students.

Meanwhile, the "Painting the Beauty of Integrity" art exhibition and the "Establishing Youth with Integrity" digital design exhibition complemented each other. Students used their brushes and codes to interpret the artistic expression of integrity. The 12th College Students' Mental Health Culture Festival activities were also carried out simultaneously, creating a campus atmosphere that is sunny, healthy, and upward. After observing various integrity-themed live events, the attending leaders and guests also specially went to the Smart Campus Management Center, Position-based Teaching Base and other places for on-site visits and investigations, to gain a detailed understanding of the implementation of related work such as the operation and maintenance of the smart campus construction, the establishment of the practical education platform, and the cultivation of talent through industry-academia integration.

This event is not only a concentrated presentation of the funding policies, but also a profound spiritual cleansing of the concept of integrity. Chongqing Institute of Engineering will take this event as a new starting point to promote the normalization, systematization and specialization of integrity education, so that the light of integrity can illuminate the growth path of every student, and contribute to the cultivation of new era individuals who are both virtuous and talented and are capable of taking on the responsibility of national rejuvenation.

It is reported that Chongqing Institute of Engineering has established a "five-component integrated" student-education support system featuring "blood transfusion type, hematopoiesis type, guarantee type, development type, and demonstration type". This system is based on precise funding, centered on ability enhancement, and aims for all-round development. It promotes the transformation of student-education support work from single economic assistance to comprehensive education.
