News from our correspondent (Text/Photos by the Publicity Department of the Party Committee)Recently, ten departments including the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee, the Chongqing Municipal Education Commission, and the Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau jointly issued the *"Notice on the List of Outstanding Units for Work Effectiveness and Awarded Excellent Works under the 'Safe Construction · Micro-Lectures' Anti-Cult Theme in the 4th Sichuan-Chongqing University Anti-Cult Awareness Campaign and Online Anti-Cult Science Knowledge Prize Competition"(Document No. 15 [2026] of the Chongqing Association for Science and Technology). Chongqing Institute of Engineering was honored as an "Outstanding Unit for Work Effectiveness", demonstrating the university's solid achievements in ideological security, safe campus construction, and ideological and political education.

This campaign covered all universities in Sichuan and Chongqing, with over 1.02 million participating teachers and students. After a rigorous evaluation process, a total of 31 universities with outstanding effectiveness were selected. Chongqing Institute of Engineering's successful inclusion on this list serves as a full recognition of the university's long-term commitment to making anti-cult awareness education normalized, institutionalized, and brand-oriented.
