Xuefeng Luo, a 2021 alumnus of the Internet and New Media major and a staff member of the Pingchang County Transportation Bureau in Sichuan Province, was specially invited to give a special presentation entitled "Diligence and Perseverance, Reaching the Other Shore - A Guide to Passing the Test from Written Exam Preparation to Interview". More than 2200 people from the whole school actively participated in online learning.
During her school years, Xuefeng Luo adhered to the belief of "putting learning first", deeply rooted in professional theory, actively engaged in practice, and won multiple professional awards. During her internship, she participated in the production of news videos and appeared on camera to report on them, which were featured on the "Chongqing Learning Platform" for learning in China. At the sharing session, she shared practical knowledge about the entire process of the public examination with her classmates, based on her preparation and experience in grassroots law enforcement positions.
Xuefeng Luo first focused on "job anchoring" to help students clarify their application direction and career development path for grassroots law enforcement positions, and guide them to accurately grasp grassroots employment opportunities. Subsequently, she shared scientific methods for preparing for written exams with the core of "step-by-step approach", breaking down the key points of preparation, organizing the logic of examination points, and imparting efficient review techniques; In the "Practical Clearance" section, she focused on the interview process and explained how to demonstrate professional advantages, build a structured answer framework, and help students improve their interview performance.
In addition, Xuefeng Luo shared her practical insights and growth experiences in grassroots work based on her daily performance in the team building stock, answered students' questions about grassroots job development and career mindset adjustment, and dispelled everyone's concerns. Finally, she sent a message to her younger students from the aspects of preparation, performance, and mentality, encouraging everyone to stick to their goals, study diligently, and shine in grassroots positions.
This event provided a grassroots employment exchange platform for students, helping them clarify their preparation ideas for the civil service exam, clarify their career directions at the grassroots level, and guide more young people to join the grassroots and root themselves in the front line.
