In view of the main problems existing in the university classroom, we put forward the experience of effective classroom management in teaching practice.

Teachers should influence students with personality charm, sincerely care about the growth of students, create a relaxed learning environment, and become one with students. They also should motivate students' learning, constantly improve their professional skills, flexibly apply teaching strategies, enhance the fun of classroom teaching, and form a unique teaching style.

Secondly, to build a democratic and equal relationship between teachers and students, teachers should pay attention to the individual development needs of students.
