Chongqing Institute of Engineering made great achievements in Chongqing Innovation Method Competition

The final of the first innovation method competition in Chongqing was held on December 7-9 at Chongqing Three Gorges College.，After a fierce competition, The 10 teams sent by the Chongqing Institute of Engineering have achieved fruitful results. A total of 1 first prize, 8 third prizes, and 1 award for teachers 'innovative teaching results.

The first prize of the contest was the "Road Water Alarm Pile" project. The participating team members are Electronic Information Institute 2017 automation professional Zou Hongbing、Electronic information engineering major Yi Ganglin, communication engineering major Wu Mengyao,Tan Hanzhong, Li Qiang five students, The instructors are Li Keqin and Zhang Renyong of the Department of Electronic Information Engineering. The project focuses on solving the problem of early warning and warning of water on roads. Use of the more complete TRIZ theory，That is, the former Soviet inventor Gen liqi·aqishule created the "invention problem solving theory" in 1946,To choose and describe problems, analyze their needs, functions, resources, and conflicts, The final solution of this problem is proposed by means of object field model and related engineering parameters.

The school also won the third prize for eight other events. The participants were from the School of Software, the School of Civil Engineering, and the School of Electronic Information. At the same time, the software college teacher Zhang Xiaoying's entry "Project Result Oriented Mixed Innovative Teaching Model" won the award for outstanding teaching results in the innovative methods of teachers in the competition.

The competition was sponsored by the Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology. Chongqing High-tech Entrepreneurship Center, Chongqing University, Chongqing Three Gorges College, and Chongqing Innovative Methods Research Association are jointly contracted. Since the start of the competition in August this year, a total of 297 entries have been received. After the initial evaluation of experts, a total of 116 participating teams entered the finals of the competition, including 101 student groups, 3 teacher groups, and 12 corporate groups. After the review of the on-site defense project by the competition expert jury, a total of 5 special prizes, 17 first prizes, 33 second prizes, and 56 third prizes were selected.
