Hu Haiyan and Wang Wei of the School of Software won the award in the school's first Employment Entrepreneurship Instructor Course Competition

In order to further strengthen the construction of guidance courses for employment and entrepreneurship, we will earnestly raise the level of professionalism, specialization and specialization in the teaching of teachers and their ranks. On the afternoon of December 4, 2018, the school held the final of the "Chongqing Institute of Engineering First Employment Entrepreneurship Instructor Course Competition" at the University Student Service Center. A total of 13 contestants participated in the finals. Hu haiyan, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Software Academy, and Wang Wei, a counselor, participated in the competition.

Hu Haiyan participated in the entrepreneurship group course competition with the theme of "Formation and Management of Entrepreneurship Team." The courses are carried out in terms of syllabus, textbook analysis, teaching goals, teaching conditions, teaching methods, and teaching design. The logic is clear and the content is detailed. The content of the lecture was cut from the classic cases of "playing small games", Crazy English, and New Oriental. The form was cheerful and the theme was clear. Since then, through the content, elements, composition, personnel selection, and formation process of the entrepreneurial team, it has highlighted the skillful teaching skills and rich knowledge reserves. The class ended with a class summary and homework, and finally ended the class with the entrepreneurial motto of Lenovo founder Liu Chuanzhi.

Wang Wei participated in the employment group course competition with the theme of "adaptation and development of student careers." Through a simple explanation, combined with the classroom test method, students are tested for adaptability and interpersonal processing style, strengthening the exploration of students 'self-evaluation, and inspiring students to adapt to the workplace. Using experiential teaching methods, students can understand the difference between students and professionals through the course game activities of "Creating your personal brand" and "Creating your personal brand", strengthen workplace role recognition, and master the methods of handling interpersonal communication.

The competition was intense and the judges listened carefully. After the match, the judges 'group scored on the spot. Hu haiyan of the Software Academy won the second prize and Wang Wei won the third prize.
