In order to enable students to develop strategic management awareness and planning management ability, so that students clear learning purposes, planning, implementation, adjustment of academic time, through relaxation of learning, life is inconvenient to express the mood directly, the school of Management in the whole hospital teachers and students to carry out "a letter Thematic educational activities.

The theme of the event is divided into four chapters "set sail", "Cruise" "Fixed Voyage" "Voyage", respectively, in freshman, sophomore, junior and senior.

The event began on November 20, 2018. Students through to the future of their own letter, can be their own words to say, express their feelings, can also be to the future of their own plans and goals, can not be limited to the form of letters, any can carry your spirit and feelings can be written in the letter. In the course of organizing activities, the host makes a detailed explanation of the purpose and requirements of the event, stimulates the students ' thinking about the future by playing PPT, music and so on, and collects the corresponding audio and video materials in the process, so as to prepare for the future sharing.  All letters are collected by counselors, preserved, and will be sent back to everyone in a year's time, with thematic sharing activities.

Activities lengthen the collection time, ease the anxiety of the sender, help decompression, let now and the past reconnect, stimulate students to re-examine the meaning of time and life! Remind students not to forget the most valuable memories and a good vision of the future in a fast-paced lifestyle.  Stop to think calmly, what is really worth cherishing, what is their true pursuit, for youth to leave footprints.
