Net news (Article/photo the Student Union of Big Date and Articial Intelligence Institute, Qianwen Li, Shuai Zhang) According to the relevant provisions of the association of the Communist Youth League of China and the National Student Federation, and with the consent of the League Committee of the University and the party Committee of the university, the Institute of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence in our school formally established the Student Union of League Committee. At the noon of October 14th, the inaugural meeting of the first League Committee of the Institute was held in the lecture hall of the administrative building, attended by Tao Huang, the secretary of the League Committee of the University, You Wu, the secretary of the party branch of Big Data Institute, Xin Chen, the vice-president, and Liyan Wang, the secretary of the League Committee.

In the opening speech, Tao Huang mentioned in his speech that it’s necessary to strengthen ideals, constantly strengthen the building of the contingent of student cadres, and train qualified constructors and reliable successors for the party. Subsquently, all the members of the student union stood up and solemnly vowed under the party flag. Yi Han, president of the first Communist Party Committee, delivered a keynote speech on the objectives and requirements of the work. Then, You Wu, secretary of the party Branch, and Xin Chen, vice-president of the institute, issued letters of appointment of outstanding student cadres.

Finally, You Wu, secretary of the Party Branch of the Institute, made a concluding speech. He hoped that everyone would strictly require themselves with excellent Communist Youth League member’s standards, remind student cadres not to forget their original ideals and aspirations, remember their mission, enhance their personal professional ability and teamwork ability, and enhance their sense of responsibility in their work. Secretary Wu also stressed that the cadres of the student union should be down-to-earth and strictly require themselves, and serve the students well, at the same time, they should not slacken the study of their professional knowledge.
