Net news ( article/picture  College of General Studies  Jiali Yang ) In order to improve the basic teaching skills and teaching level of new teachers, promote the professional growth of new teachers, promote the development of benign teaching and research culture, and improve the teaching quality of the school, on the evening of December 7, the College of General Studies held a “Training Session” for new teachers in room 201 of the teaching building. The training was delivered by Wei Yan, Vice Dean of the College of General Studies, and all the new teachers of the College participated in the training.

In the training, Vice Dean Yan first summarized the three major problems contained in the lecture from what is the lecture to the difference between the lecture, the preparation and the lesson, and concisely summarized the three major problems contained in the lecture: "what to teach", "why to teach this way" and "how to teach", taking the problem as a clue to help the teachers clarify the thinking of the lecture. Subsequently, the specific framework of the lecture and the logical main line in it were elaborated, and a heated discussion was held with the lecturers present to strengthen the internal logical relationship of the lecture link; Finally, in order to let the teachers have a deeper understanding of the lecture, and then combined with the specific lecture cases, demonstration and display, so that the teachers have a more intuitive feeling of the content and standard requirements of the lecture.

This training activity systematically explained to the new teachers all aspects of the lecture and the details that need to be paid attention to, the language was plain, the focus was prominent, the examples were vivid and lively, so that the new teachers had a clearer understanding of how to speak and how to say a good lesson, and the teachers said that they had gained a lot and benefited a lot.
