Net News (article/picture School of Electronic Information Dengxue Wei) In order to strengthen the construction of the counselor team and improve the ability and level of counselor education management and student management, CQIE of Electronic Information and the School of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence held a counselor salon in the seventh conference room of CQIE on the morning of March 22. Siyu Tan, Secretary of the General Party Branch of the School of Electronic Information, Wei Shang, Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch of the School of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, and all counselors from the two colleges attended the event.

With the theme of "Counselor Quality Ability Competition" and "Speaking and Educating People", Wenxuan Song, counselor of the School of Electronic Information Technology, first shared the relevant competition system, gains and experience of participating in the 9th Chongqing College Counselor Quality Ability Competition, during which the counselors and teachers of the two colleges had a full discussion on written examinations, case discussions, heart-to-heart talks, and also conducted full exchanges around students' daily ideological and political education, study style construction, student guidance and service, and class team building.

Finally, the two secretaries respectively expressed the hope that counselors and teachers should explore the methods of improving the quality and ability of counselors at multiple levels, in multiple aspects and through multiple channels, practice the work concept and working method of "coming from practice to practice", implement the work practice around students, care for students and serve students, adhere to the student-oriented, do not forget the original intention, strive to be a confidant, warmer and guide of students, and contribute to CQIE's smooth passage of undergraduate teaching qualification assessment.
