Jun Yang, Chief Reporter of Chongqing Daily, Came to Our School for News Writing Training

Net news (article/ College students Press Corps Caimei Wang picture/  College students Press Corps Chengcheng Guan) In order to improve the quality of news manuscript writing and enhance the publicity level of the news team, on the afternoon of March 10th, the publicity Department invited JunYang, chief reporter of Chongqing Daily, to the school to give a special lecture on press release writing. The lecture was held in the administration building. All the staff of the Publicity Department, the part-time propagandists of the secondary units, the student assistants and the members of the university student press corps participated in the training. Jun Yang lectured the teachers and students on the methods and precautions of press release writing from four aspects: news writing, communication writing, case analysis and news photo shooting. During the training, he gave an in-depth explanation of the standard requirements of the press release, analyzed the relevant cases, combined with the actual situation of our school, and emphatically explained the themes of conferences and activities. He took the news manuscript of our school as a case to share with everyone. At the end of the training, the on-site staff asked questions about the writing of news articles encountered in their daily work, and Jun Yang gave detailed answers and replies.

At the end of the training, Pengtao Zhao, deputy director of the Publicity Department of the Party Committee, summarized the problems in the daily news of the school and put forward relevant solutions, and expressed the hope that everyone could work together to improve the level of news writing and help the undergraduate qualification evaluation of our school.
