The conference will be held in the form of "live conference + remote video", The on-site meeting is divided into two venues: natural sciences and humanities and social sciences, which are respectively held in Conference Rooms 205 and 206 of the Administration Building. At the end of 2021, 25 projects at the department level and above completed the proposal review. The meeting was presided over by Wei Chen, director of Science and Technology Department.

The preparation before the review meeting, Wei Chen school organization focus on the purpose of the opening report for the first time significance,  methods, forms and basic requirements are introduced, and points out that the concentration of opening commenting is to carry out the superior department in charge of the business process on strengthening scientific research project management requirements, and vigorously promote scientific research focus of our school, the whole process of scientific research project management, An important measure to improve the quality of project research. In recent years, our university has made some progress in the application of scientific research projects, but the phenomenon of "reiterating the report, ignoring the process and ignoring the conclusion" is still very prominent. We hope that experts will adhere to the principle of "strict, accurate and detailed", be sure to strictly implement the evaluation standards, accurately grasp the crux of the research, and carefully guide the implementation of the project.

Qian Yang, head of the Research group of "Interactive Classroom Behavior Analysis System Based on Transformer and Its Application", "Research on the Cognitive Process of Classical Poetry Translation and Translation" 25 project leaders, including Fuju Ding, the head of the research group of "Taking Painting and Saying Classics" as an example, reported in detail the research significance, research content and methods, research implementation plan and expected research results of the subject they undertook.Six experts commented on the scientificity and standardization of the subject research one by one, and put forward guiding opinions and suggestions from different perspectives such as research content, research ideas and methods, and innovation.

After the meeting, the Ministry of Science and Technology will organize and feedback the results of the expert evaluation, timely urge the project leaders to carefully sort out the problems of the subject research,further adjust and improve the research program, optimize the design of research content, ensure the completion of the subject research objectives on schedule, and strive to achieve high-level research results.In the next step, the Science and Technology Department will earnestly comply with the management methods of various projects and relevant scientific research management regulations of the university, adhere to academic norms,  promote academic integrity,and maintain the positive,healthy, harmonious and innovative academic culture atmosphere of the university. Constantly strengthen the awareness of service and quality, implement the project supporting funds according to the requirements of the school and timely allocate to the account. The opening commenting is focused for the first time in our school organization, through expert peer to peer review guidance, not only the subject head further clarified the research train of thought, laid a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the project, as well as project research provides a useful field training, cultivated the scientific literacy, strong scientific research atmosphere.
