The meeting was presided over by Qionghua Wang, the vice principal, and Mengzhuo Liu and Huanhuan Xu, teachers of the Personnel Department of the school, attended the symposium.

At the symposium, 18 new teachers made an exchange speech about their work, study and life since their entry into the school, focusing on role transformation, teaching and educating people, teaching training, life security and other aspects, expressing their heartfelt thanks to the school leaders and instructors for their help and care, and full of expectations for the construction and development of the school.

Qionghua Wang extended a warm welcome to the new teachers and fully affirmed their efforts and efforts. The solutions to the problems faced by teachers in life and work are put forward one by one. In combination with the development plan of the school, the importance of "undergraduate teaching qualification evaluation of the school" was emphasized, reminding everyone to adapt to the pace of work, adjust the working state, learn to relieve pressure, and face life and work with a good attitude. Later, Huanhuan Xu and Mengzhuo Liu shared their own growth experiences and work cases to help teachers find their own life orientation, define their development direction and set career development goals. In particular, educators need to have unique feelings and firm beliefs about education, as well as an attitude of happy work and happy life.
