Our School Launches ' Speaking School Situation ' Activity in Secondary Colleges

The ' Speaking School Situation ' activities invited to our undergraduate teaching qualification assessment commander Professor Yongyue Chen to the scene to guide, all leaders at home school to attend the event. The president of the secondary college, the general secretary of the party branch, the vice president, the head of the academic affairs office, the teaching quality management office and the student affairs office participated in the activity, which was chaired by vice president Gui Yang.
The deans of each secondary college and the heads of other teaching units have reported in detail on the basic situation of the college, the basic conditions of teaching, the ideas and effects of discipline and specialty construction, the measures and quality assurance of talent training, the characteristics of talent training and the development goals. After the meeting, Yongyue Chen commented on the report. She first affirmed the preparation of each unit for the event and put forward guiding opinions.
Mingshu Tan, Party Secretary and Supervisory Commissioner, mentioned in the commentary on the report of the " Speaking School Situation " activity that each secondary unit should focus on the basic norms of teaching management, fully reflect the school 's school-running orientation and school-running ideas, and clarify the teaching reform ideas of the unit, so that the content of the report material is more comprehensive.
In his speech, President Guoqing Gui emphasized that each secondary unit should strengthen the correspondence between the content of reporting materials and the top-level design of the school, including talent training orientation, talent training mode, talent training objectives and talent training characteristics, and maintain their consistency ; reporting materials should be more refined, speak with data, adhere to the facts, not evaluation ; at the same time, the content of the report should include the corresponding work of the party and government work group ; next, each secondary unit should organize a careful study of the top-level design of the school, combined with their own professional characteristics, to further sort out the reporting materials.
After the event, Gui Yang reminded the secondary units to do several concerns : First, a series of documents on teaching reform and curriculum teaching issued by the Ministry of Education since 2018 ; second, the service place and ' information technology + ' ; third, the effect of classroom teaching reform in the grass-roots teaching organization, student-centered and personalized development ; the fourth is the close combination of party building construction and teacher ethics construction, student style construction and student political and ideological education in the report content.
Through this activity, the heads of the second-level units have a clearer understanding of the form, content and tasks of the ' Speaking School Situation ' of their units. In the future, they can better find and solve problems in a timely manner in combination with the actual situation, laying the foundation for successfully passing the qualification assessment of undergraduate teaching.
