First, both sides introduced the participants respectively. After that, the two sides of the school and enterprise around the theme of "how to promote school-enterprise cooperation more deeply and with higher quality" made a free exchange of speeches. Kun’ao Chen haughty, head of quality assurance laboratory, said in the exchange: both schools and enterprises should strengthen students' career planning education, let them master their own "ruler" and "mirror", plan their careers reasonably, and find the right platform for their development. Jiandong Wang said in the exchange that the integration of school and enterprise is the characteristic of our school, and there are various forms of cooperation, and both school and enterprise can strengthen cooperation in campus recruitment, project training and customized training of talents. The representatives of graduates also spoke actively on the topic of "how to realize the transformation from student to workplace person" and gave their suggestions. Finally, Tan Mingshu made a concluding speech. He said that our school has distinctive characteristics, strong flexibility and autonomy, and school-enterprise cooperation is the "gas pedal" of talent cultivation, and "inviting in" and "going out" are useful forms to realize full exchange and cooperation between school and enterprise. As long as the two sides are frank and sincere, practical cooperation, we can definitely make effective results. After the discussion, Mingshu Tan awarded a plaque of "internship and employment base" to the enterprise on behalf of the school.

The visit strengthened the communication between the school and the enterprise, understood the demand of the enterprise for talent training, communicated the details of talent customization training, and laid a solid foundation for the follow-up cooperation.
