Yong Zhou is a member of the Publicity group of Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China. He was the former Executive Vice Minister of the Publicity Department of Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China. He is a famous expert on modern and contemporary Chinese history and the history of the Communist Party of China. He is also a professor and doctoral supervisor at Southwest University and Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
