School Held in the First of Discipline Research Coordination Meeting and Scientific Ethics and Study Style Construction Symposium

The vice president of scientific research and the head of discipline platform of each secondary college participated in the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Director of Scientific Research Wei Chen.

At the meeting, each secondary college reported on the promotion of scientific research work in the first half of 2022, mainly from the aspects of vertical project declaration, horizontal scientific research project accounting, academic activities, academic subcommittees and scientific research platform operation. The difficulties and pain points of self-construction were analyzed in detail, and the problems and suggestions that need to be solved by the school as a whole were put forward.

Wei Chen first conveyed and learned documents such as ' Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Publicity and Education of Scientific Ethics and Study Style Construction in 2022 ', ' Opinions on Further Promoting the Spirit of Scientists and Strengthening the Construction of Work Style and Study Style ', ' Several Opinions on Further Strengthening the Construction of Scientific Research Integrity ', and arranged the school 's plan for carrying out scientific ethics and study style construction this year. Then, Wei Chen conveyed the spirit of the meeting of the Municipal Education Commission on the declaration of science and technology projects and innovation platforms this year, and arranged the declaration work of our school.

Finally, Wei Chen arranged the completion of the scientific research work in the first half of this year, the main contradictions in the work and the arrangement of the work plan in the second half of this year. At the same time, it is pointed out that more than half of 2022, the school 's core papers published in the first half of the year, the vertical project declaration task is completed as planned and time nodes, but affected by the epidemic, horizontal project funding, academic conferences, scientific research achievements transformation and discipline construction and other annual objectives and tasks are not satisfactory ; in the second half of the year, we should further strengthen publicity and guidance to encourage young teachers to actively participate in scientific research. The school will also revise and adjust the scientific research reward policy and scientific research achievement accreditation standards that are generally concerned by teachers, so as to further improve the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in scientific research and continuously strengthen the academic atmosphere.
