Our University Held the Second "Career Business Camp for College Students" Activity

Net news(article/Career Guidance Center Qiuqing Ye,picture/University Press Corps Yuanhao Zhang)On June 12th and June 18th, the Career Guidance Center of the school, together with Chongqing Mukwang Youdao Education Technology Co., Ltd, jointly carried out the 2nd "College Student Career Business Training Camp" in Chongqing Engineering College for a period of 2 days, in which 62 elite student cadres participated.

The learning themes of this "Career Business Training Camp" include four topics, including career thinking, problem solving ability, execution improvement, leaderless group discussion and interview skills. The training activities adopt the "problem-based cooperative learning" teaching mode, which reflects the students' learning needs as the center and stimulates their motivation and desire to learn. The training camp had a lively learning atmosphere with intense discussions and exchanges between teachers and students on work thinking, career enhancement and application in learning and work. The training demonstrated the strengths of our students in logical analysis, teamwork and language skills, and eight students, including Rui Hu and Hengyi Liu, were awarded the honorary title of "Excellent Student".

Career intelligence is the comprehensive wisdom of judgment, mental temperament and positive attitude expressed by "intelligence" and "emotional intelligence" in professional activities. Facing the increasingly severe and complicated employment situation, the Career Guidance Center of our university launched a series of activities of "Career Quotient Training Camp for College Students" to help college students enhance their awareness of career quotient, shape their career ability, and improve their social adaptability and core competitiveness.
