Net news (article Academic Affairs Office Kefeng Jiang) Recently, Chongqing Education Commission forwarded the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on the Announcement of the List of National and Provincial First-class Undergraduate Major Construction Sites in 2021 (Education High Office Letter (2022) No. 14). Our two majors, Software Engineering and digital Media Art, have been selected as provincial first-class undergraduate major construction points (namely Chongqing first-class undergraduate major construction points). Up to now, three majors in our school have been approved as first-class major construction points in Chongqing.

In recent years, centering on the characteristics of "information technology +", our school has built a first-class major by relying on its advantages, continuously strengthened the construction of professional connotation, carried out comprehensive reforms in key links such as personnel training mode, teaching team, course materials, teaching methods and teaching management, and gradually improved the quality of professional construction.

This time, two majors of our school were selected as provincial first-class undergraduate major construction points, which is a full affirmation of the achievements of our school's major construction and undergraduate talent training. In the next step, our school will continue to take the construction of Chongqing first-class undergraduate major as an opportunity, combined with the requirements of teaching qualified assessment, further create professional characteristics, form dislocation development, and continue to improve the professional connotation and construction level. Strengthen the talent training mode of "integration of production and education, cooperation between schools and enterprises", and drive the overall improvement of the school's talent training ability and quality.
