Yunzhi Volunteer Service Team Donated More than 2000 Books to Our School Library

Net news (article/ picture School of Software and Artificial Intelligence Huijun Wang）In September 2022, more than 400 volunteers of Yunzhi Volunteer Service Team participated in the "Cloud Volunteer Teaching · Love Library" organized by China Guanghua Science and Technology Foundation under the guidance of the Youth Development Department of the League Central Committee. Through the joint efforts, the team ranked sixth in the project. According to the calculation method of the organizer, 1,687,000 "love beans" were harvested, 80,000 books were exchanged, and more than 2,000 books were exchanged. On December 6th, Yunzhi Volunteer Service team received books from the organizer.

In order to make books circulation and knowledge transfer, so that more students benefit from it. After the discussion between the leader of the "Cloud Volunteer Teaching" project and the volunteers of the project team, they decided to donate most of the books to our school library. The categories of donations include philosophy, economy, literature, industrial technology, language and art. This activity conveys the volunteer spirit of selfless dedication of young volunteers.

The library expressed its gratitude to the Yunzhi Volunteer Service team for their loving donation, and said that it would follow the purpose of this public welfare activity, classify and process the batch of books, select high-quality books as supporting resources, and work with the volunteer service team to contact the nearby primary and secondary schools and communities, establish a love library according to needs, hand in hand, and enjoy the book together.
