The Fourth New Teacher Development Workshop Started Smoothly

Net News (article/picture Teacher development center Jing Zhang）In order to help new teachers improve their teaching ability, the opening ceremony of the fourth new Teacher Development Workshop was held on November 24th through Tencent Conference. The opening ceremony was attended by former head teachers, teachers' representatives, members of the fourth workshop and all staff of the Teacher Development Center. The ceremony was officiated by Xiaoying Zhang, deputy director of the Teacher Development Center.

At the ceremony,Xiaoying Zhang analyzed the composition of the workshop members and the training carried out by the school and the university. This paper introduces the learning contents, learning forms, completion requirements and the duties of head teachers of new teachers. In order to further understand the training needs of the workshop members, Director Zhang also designed a questionnaire survey, and analyzed and shared the survey results.

Teacher Qi Qin from the School of Computer and Internet of Things, the former head teacher representative, shared the different needs of new teachers at different stages of adaptation, growth and gradual maturity from the teacher growth path, and carried out targeted training activities; Teacher representative, Ms Pingluo Duan from the School of Management, shared what she gained from the workshop and how she applied what she learned to classroom teaching to improve her teaching ability.

Finally, Xiaoying Zhang sent the nine words "Don't panic, be sure, take your time" to the new teachers who participated in this workshop, hoping that they can learn something from the workshop, grow up gradually, and continuously improve their teaching ability, so as to help the stable development of heavy industry education.
