Teacher Qian Hong of our school won the first prize in the final of the third Simulation Competition of Shuangcheng Economic Circle Vocational Guidance in Chengdu-Chongqing Region

Net news(article/Career guidance center Qiuqing Ye picture/ Competition team)On April 11th, the final of the third Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle Career Guidance Simulation Competition was held in Chongqing Yuelai International Convention Center. Ten outstanding career coaches from Chongqing and Sichuan competed together on the stage and had a peak competition, showing the professional service level of providing career guidance for job seekers.

It is understood that this competition, jointly held by Sichuan and Chongqing, aims to help Chongqing to promote the "No. 1 Project" of the CPC Municipal Committee and the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing twin City economic circle, promote the coordinated development of vocational guidance in Sichuan and Chongqing, improve the level of vocational guidance services, enrich the talent pool of vocational guidance experts, and help job seekers to achieve high-quality full employment. More than 800 contestants from Sichuan and Chongqing applied for the contest. Teacher Qian Hong from the Center for Quality Education for College Students in our University went through the preliminary and final rounds and entered the final round in Chongqing.

The final is divided into four parts: style show, scene simulation, experts' questions and challenge competition. The contestants will provide career planning and employment guidance services for college graduates, migrant workers, registered unemployed people, retired soldiers and other key groups. The competition is linked to each other and tests the players' adaptability to the situation. After fierce competition, Mr. Qian Hong won the first prize and the best popularity award in the final, and was selected into the "Sichuan and Chongqing Vocational Guidance Talent Pool".

After the competition, teacher Hong Qian said, "This competition is not only an experience, but also a good opportunity to improve my ability. Competition promotes teaching and learning. I can integrate some of the experience absorbed in the competition into my teaching in the future."

In recent years, the school has adopted the methods of sending teachers to participate in professional training of career planning and career guidance inside and outside the school, organizing exchanges of teaching research and reform, grinding lessons and other courses, so as to improve the classroom teaching ability and professional guidance level of career development and career guidance teachers.
