In the anti-fraud lecture, Officer Meng of Dazu District Anti-Fraud Centre introduced in detail the definition, classification and characteristics of telecommunication network fraud, emphasizing the danger and widespread existence of telecommunication fraud, and analyzed the forms and means of telecommunication network fraud in depth with real cases existing in universities. Officer Meng reminded students to bear in mind the “Eight Principles”, which can help us recognise the forms of fraud and raise our awareness of personal information protection and safety prevention. Downloading the NAC app will help us filter out fraudulent calls and build a wall of security. Officer Luo from Tongqiao Police Station spoke to students about the serious dangers of drowning and combined it with typical cases to educate students to stay away from dangers and prevent drowning. At the same time, in order to further enhance the self-rescue skills and abilities of teachers and students, they learnt about self-rescue and rescue, and called on the students present to stay away from drowning and cherish life.
