The selection meeting was presided over by Yanyan Ming, Director of the Personnel Department, and was attended by members of the leading group of the selection work and 10 candidates.

First of all, Yanyan Ming introduced the purpose, criteria and requirements of this star employee selection. Afterwards, the 10 candidates presented their presentations one by one. They start from their own positions and extract their work thinking and career planning from their daily work; With a positive and proactive attitude, they write the service chapter of functional employees around the central work of the school, vividly reflecting the spiritual outlook and demeanor of heavy industry functional personnel.
