It was hosted by Jun Zeng, an outstanding graduate of the 2021 environmental design major of the School of Architectural Engineering, and more than 3000 students participated in the event.

Taking the employment of graduates as the starting point, Jun Zeng explained how to break through the information gap and make good job selection. Based on his career planning process after entering the university and his bank job search experience, Jun Zeng analyzed the pain points and difficulties of fresh graduates ' job search, analyzed the current recruitment situation and employment needs of the banking industry, and shared the sources and channels of high-quality recruitment information.
