College of Electronic Information held an academic lecture on “Development of Intelligent Networked Vehicles and Industrial Planning of Chongqing”

Net news(article/picture School of Electronic Information Dengxue Wei)In order to create a good academic atmosphere, have an in-depth understanding of Chongqing's new energy intelligent connected automobile industry layout, effectively promote professional construction, and enhance teachers' scientific research awareness and innovative spirit, Electronic Information School held an academic lecture “Intelligent Connected Automobile Development and Chongqing's Industrial Planning” in the afternoon of May 17th in Room 112 of the sixth teaching Department. The lecture was specially invited by Gang Wang, a first-class expert and professor-level senior engineer of the Science and Technology Innovation Department of China Telecom Chongqing Company, and presided over by He Shibiao, dean of the School of Electronic Information. More than 100 people attended the lecture, including all the teachers of the school, outstanding student representatives and interested teachers of the school.

Gang Wang explained in detail from the development progress and national strategy of the intelligent connected vehicle, the application prospect and technical framework of vehicle-road collaboration, single-vehicle autonomous driving technology, vehicle-road collaboration, technical difficulties, development strategy and industrial layout of Chongqing intelligent connected new energy vehicle, challenges of vehicle-road-cloud integrated intelligent connected vehicle, talent training and other aspects combined with his own experience. Finally, Gang Wang communicated with the teacher on the spot about the relevant questions.

Through this lecture, all teachers have a more comprehensive understanding of the development of intelligent networked new energy vehicles, which has a very great inspiration for the next professional construction and the formulation of talent training program, but also for the next step of school-enterprise cooperation, scientific research activities to find a new breakthrough, everyone has benefited a lot, hope to hold such high-level lectures.
