Net news (article/ picture Enrollment and Employment Division Qiuqing Ye) In order to implement the decisions and deployments of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on "stabilizing employment" and "ensuring employment", actively respond to the severe employment situation, help key groups enhance job confidence, and effectively improve the employability of our students, the school held a 5-day "Hongzhi Navigation Assistance Plan" employability improvement training in mid to late September, which was taught by the training base of Chongqing University of Technology, 120 students from various colleges participated in this training activity.

The "Hongzhi Navigation Assistance Program" is a national training program for college graduates' employability, organized and implemented by the Ministry of Education. It is supported by the Ministry of Finance in a special lottery public welfare fund established by the central government. The total duration of the training is 5 days and 30 class hours, including 10 themes. It aims to provide employment ability training for college graduates in response to their shortcomings in job hunting and employment. The training topics include "job analysis and advantage identification", "job direction and decision-making", "employment information collection" to help students prepare for job hunting, "resume writing", "self -recommendation letter writing", "individual interview", "group interview", "job hunting mentality adjustment" to enhance students' practical skills in job hunting.

This training mode adopts a group discussion approach, dividing students into 6 groups of 10 people each. The teacher guides students to communicate employment confusion through interactive teaching methods such as team tasks, group activities, case studies, and role-playing. Through exploration, the teacher clarifies their career direction, enhances their employability through activities, helps students understand their own strengths and company employment standards, and discovers the gap between themselves and their ideal positions, further clarify the direction of capability improvement.

During the training process, the instructors were in a full mental state, with flexible and diverse teaching modes. Participants actively participated and fully engaged, and the classroom teaching atmosphere was relaxed and active. The training achieved good results. This training has broadened students' career perspectives, guided them to establish a scientific and correct outlook on employment and career selection, improved their job search ability, promoted their job search actions, and enhanced their employability.
