The Third "Career Carnival" Experience Week of Our School was Successfully Held at Shuangqiao Campus

Net news (article/ picture Yingli Lv from Shuangqiao Campus)In order to further stimulate students' awareness of career planning and enable them to fully understand the important connotation and significance of career planning education, from November 13th to November 17th, the school's Quality Education Center, in collaboration with Beisen Career (Beijing) Education Technology Co., Ltd., held the third "Career Carnival" experience week activity at Shuangqiao Campus. On the morning of November 13th, the launch ceremony of the Career Carnival event was successfully held, with the attendance of Vice Secretary of the Party Committee Xiaoyong Tang, Vice President Gui Yang, and others, marking the beginning of the Career Carnival event.

It is understood that over 4000 students from the school participated in this activity through a combination of online and offline methods. Through individual experience and teamwork, students participate in interactive games consisting of four modules: self-exploration, imagining the future, career exploration, and moving forward towards their dreams. Through these activities, they complete reflection and actions such as self positioning, goal setting, and path planning. In the "Self exploration" module, help students understand their personality types, explore personal values, career interests, and skills; In the "Imagine the Future" module, help students break through their thinking boundaries, imagine the future, draw a vision blueprint, and stimulate real motivation; In the "Career Exploration" module, help students master the information architecture of their careers and master the methods and pathways for exploring careers; In the "Moving Forward for Dreams" module, help students clarify their future career directions and plan their academic careers in university.

The Career Carnival is an extension of the career development and employment guidance courses for college students, and an exploration of our school's innovative career education model for college students. I hope that 2023 students can participate in this activity, have a correct understanding of themselves, reasonably set career goals, stimulate learning motivation, enhance learning enthusiasm and initiative, quickly get rid of the confusion of new students, turn dreams into reality, and thus help improve the quality of talent cultivation in the school.
